Responsibilities:

• preparation and implementation of a long-term strategy aimed at the company’s development in social media,
• cooperation and coordination of activities with social media specialists
• contact and building relationships with recipients
• analysis of statistics of conducted activities and development of recommendations based on them,
• cooperation with influencers,
• observation and implementation of trends,
• creating and moderating social groups related to the company’s operations
• searching for new channels / forms of communication on the Internet

Requirements:

• fluency in Polish and English,
• minimum one year of experience in a similar position,
• excellent knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIN; Telegram is a plus),
• knowledge of the rules of communication in social media,
• knowledge of social media trends and algorithms,
• teamwork skills,
• the ability to organize own work,
• openness and ease in establishing relationships

Considered a plus:

• knowledge of analysis and monitoring tools (e.g. SentiOne)
