Last week, due to the necessity arising from the actions of Dom Maklerski COPERNICUS, the Company’s Board of Directors decided to change the company that holds the dematerialized shares and maintains the Shareholders’ Register.

Accordingly, the Company’s Shareholder Register will be maintained by the Biuro Maklerskie Santander Polska, with which the Company has signed an agreement and to which the dematerialized shares will be transferred.
