We are currently preparing to hold the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

Last year, due to the epidemiological situation in the country, the deadline for holding the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was extended. However, this year it will take place at the standard time, in accordance with §10 point 1 of the IDEA+ S.A. Statute and Article 395 §1 of the Commercial Companies Code, “The Ordinary General Meeting should be held within six months after the end of each financial year” – in our case, by June 30, 2023.
